7) Scheduling, Arrival Window & Resets

  • Inclement Weather/Emergency: Services may be rescheduled without liability for delay.

8) Minimums, Time vs. Scope & Overage Authorization

  • Minimum Billable: Visits have a 1-hour minimum unless otherwise stated in the SOW.
  • Scope-Based: Services are scope-based, not guaranteed to complete in a fixed time if conditions differ from quote.
  • Overage: If additional time is required, TCE will request text/email approval before proceeding.

30) Non-Disparagement (Optional/Advisory)

The parties agree to resolve disputes per Section 35 and avoid public disparagement during active resolution efforts. This does not limit truthful statements in legal proceedings or reviews that are not knowingly false or misleading.

31) Modifications

TCE may modify these Terms with written notice (email or mail). Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. SOW-level changes require mutual written agreement.

32) Notice & Electronic Consent
