What compensation and benefits do you offer?
💰 Competitive Pay Structure:
- Training pay: $15/hour during training (approximately 5 days)
- Commission structure: Percentage of each job based on hours worked:
- 25 hours or less: 32% of job value
- 25-34 hours: 34% of job value
- 35+ hours: 36% of job value
- Tips: Keep 100% of all tips received
- Trainer pay: $25 per day when training new team members

What are the typical work schedules and hours?
Residential Cleaning:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Some Saturday availability
- Typical shifts: 6-8 hours
- 2-4 homes per day
Commercial Cleaning:
- Evening shifts: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM
- Weekend availability
- Early morning options available
What about transportation and travel between jobs?
Transportation requirements:
- 🚗 You must provide your own reliable, insured vehicle
- 🚗 Vehicle must be available for full-time work use
- 🚗 You are responsible for all gas, maintenance, and vehicle costs
- 🚗 Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance
