This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our cleaning services. By using our website or services, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

Third-Party Service Providers
We use carefully selected third-party processors to operate our business. These processors only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are contractually obligated to protect it:
- Jobber (getjobber.com) — estimate forms, scheduling, invoicing, and payment processing.
- HighLevel (gohighlevel.com / mop.truecleaningexperts.com) — employment application intake and CRM.
- Netlify (netlify.com) — website hosting, contact form intake, and access logs.
- Google (google.com) — map embeds and, if/when enabled, analytics.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations:
- Active customer records: retained while you are an active client and for up to 7 years after your last service for tax and warranty purposes.
- Estimate inquiries that do not become customers: retained for up to 24 months for follow-up.
- Employment applications: retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Website server logs: retained for up to 90 days.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. These include HTTPS encryption in transit, vetted third-party processors, restricted internal access, and background checks on staff who handle customer data.
Texas Residents — Your Rights Under the TDPSA
Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), effective July 1, 2024, Texas residents have the following rights regarding their personal data:
- Right to know / access: confirm whether we process your personal data and request a copy.
- Right to correct: request correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Right to delete: request deletion of personal data we have collected from you.
- Right to data portability: obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable, readily usable format where technically feasible.
- Right to opt out of (a) targeted advertising, (b) the sale of personal data, and (c) profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do not currently engage in any of these activities.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request" and a description of your request. We will respond within 45 days as required by law. You also have the right to appeal a denial of your request and to file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General if your appeal is denied.
We do not knowingly process the personal data of children under 13. We will not sell the personal data of consumers we know to be between 13 and 18 without their consent.
Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses minimal first-party cookies necessary for basic site functionality (e.g. session state). At present we do not run third-party advertising or analytics cookies on this site. If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will update this policy and provide a consent mechanism in advance of activation.
Children's Privacy
Our services are directed to adults seeking residential or commercial cleaning. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
